Nigerian American singer and actor Rotimi and Tanzanian singer Vanessa Mdee have welcomed their second child.

Rotimi shared the good news on his Instagram page as he shared an adorable family video of himself, Vanessa, Seven and the newborn baby.

He wrote,

“I Still Can’t Wrap My Mind Around To Think I’m Here To Announce The Beautiful Birth Of My Daughter Imani! I’m Overwhelmed With Love Today 🙏🏽 @vanessamdee You Are Nothing Short Of A Superhero ! Our Second Child Together & Seven Now Has A Little Sister To Watch Over 🥹💙 God You Have Poured Blessings On Me So Many Times So I Will Scream My Praises Back To You ! I’m Forever Grateful”

Recall that Rotimi has announced that he is expecting his second child with fiancée Vanessa Mdee in November. The couple shared a colorful video from their gender reveal party. According to the video, the couple was expecting a baby girl.

The couple welcomed their first child in September 2021, a baby boy named monikered Seven Adeoluwa Akinosho.

Rotimi and Mdee met at an Essence Magazine Festival afterparty in New Orleans in 2019. The couple got married in February 2021 in a private ceremony.
