Rob Kardashian Testifies ‘It Was Never A Real Type Of Love’ With Blac Chyna
The ongoing court battle between Blac Chyna and the Kardashian continued on Wednesday (April 28).
According to InsiderRob Kardashian took the stand in a Los Angeles courtroom to testify against his ex-fiancée, Blac Chyna, informing jurors that she pointed a gun to his head mulitple times in the middle of a 2016 domestic occurrence that took place at Rob’s sister’s house, Kylie Jenner.
Rob Kardashian told the court, “I have a child with her,” when asked about their current relationship. Throughout his testimony, he referred to Chyna as “the mother of my child” or “your client.”
Rob Kardashian made claims that the love between the two was a facade used for entertainment purposes and that he met Chyna “probably at the worst point in my life,” following his treatment for diabetes.
“There was no real love,” Kardashian said. “The engagement and the photos were all for her to pitch to a show the next day.”
Chyna’s attorney, Lynne Ciani, questioned Rob about the December 15, 2016 domestic incident, which Rob says the night began as “humorous and playful,” with the two throwing money at each other. Snapchat videos were displayed in court.
Kardashian said Chyna began physically attacking him, which lasted through the night and into the following day. Chyna, 33, claimed that she was “just joking” about the putting a gun to his head.
“I woud say there were five domestic incidents that night,” he stated, claiming Chyna attacked him with a 6-foot-long metal rod. “It’s not a joke to point a gun at someone’s head. She tried to kill me.”
Kardashian informed the jury that their issues started when they announced they were expecting a baby. Chyna was not invited to the baby shower Rob’s family planned – resulting in his absence, too.
“She got upset and so I sided with her over my family and we had a separate baby shower with her friends,” he said.
Why Blac Chyna is suing the Kardashian?
Chyna is suing the Kardashian-Jenner family for a total of $100 million: $40 million for loss of earnings and $60 million for loss of future earnings, due to defamation. She believes that the family tarnished her name and ultimately led to the canceling of her reality show, “Rob & Chyna” on E!.
The couple officially split in 2017.
