The Canadian rapper Drake has finally filed a lawsuit against “Fake Drake” who has used his name to rise to fame for over a year.
“Fake Drake” stated in his celebratory birthday post on Instagram that the rapper has issued him a cease and desist letter. He also uploaded an image of the letter to the post.
“Fake Drake”, in an interview also admitted that he receives not less than $5000 for performances.
“Happy birthday to the greatest artist in history and my biggest inspiration… I got this cease and desist letter from OVO couple of days ago and as a respectful b day gift to @champagnepapi I changed my name from IzzyyDrake to Izzyyfamous?? More life my OVO brother @preme @bakanotnice @tvgucci,” the impersonator shared.
