Be prepared to return to normal at this year’s Coachella Music Festival in April.

Earlier this week, festival organizers announced that the outdoor event would not require attendees to wear a mask, provide proof of vaccination, or be tested for COVID-19 to enjoy the festivities, the official Coachella website states.

“All attendees agree to follow festival policies (including health and safety policies) and posted instructions while at the festival,” the guidance reads on the site.

“According to the CDC, older adults and people of all ages with serious underlying medical conditions may be at higher risk of death or severe illness from COVID-19. All attendees should evaluate their risk in determining whether to attend the festival.”

The Southern California festival has once attracted almost 125,000 fans a day prior to its two-year pandemic hiatus, according to The New York Times.

Headliners for the 2022 festival include Ye, formerly known as Kanye West, and Billie Eilish. The DONDA rapper recently made headlines after he threatened to pull out of Coachella for comments Eilish made during a recent performance about concert safety.

Coachella takes place during back-to-back weekends from April 15 to April 17 and April 22 to April 24.
