World Quality Alliance, a global leading quality organization, in collaboration with Africa Quality Institute (AQI) is set to recognise firms that prioritise innovation and creativity.

The seventh Africa Quality Achievement Award, aimed at recognising firms that prioritise value services for customer benefits, is part of the activities to mark the Africa Quality Congress 2021

According to the organisers, the yearly event slated for April 16, 2021 in Lagos is initiated at celebrating leadership, innovation and creativity in quality management in African.

The event also focuses on people looking to improve their organisational performances and networking opportunities.
