Following a circular from the Corporate Communications Department of Sco-Enterprise, agreements are currently on-going as to the acquisition of Social Enterprise Academy Nigeria, from its current owners, Nigerian Capital Development Fund by the purchase of the majority shares of Social Enterprise Academy, Nigeria.

Nigerian Capital Development Fund collaborates with other institutions in public and private sectors on developmental programs and projects, through partnership our programs directly address the challenges of people and communities in an effort to support Government in achieving its developmental objectives.

It is believed that this acquisition would increase the impact of Sco-Enterprise Limited across Nigeria and Africa at large.
