Nipsey Hussle’s Killer Eric Holder Sentencing Postponed
Eric Holder, the man found guilty of murdering Nipsey Hussle, will have his sentencing postponed after the date was initially scheduled for Thursday (Sept. 22), according to Los Angeles station, KTTV. It was previously reported the alleged killer was found guilty by a jury of nine women and three men of first-degree murder in the death of Nipsey Hussle.
The 32-year-old was charged with two counts of attempted first-degree murder because two bystanders were hit by gunfire but was found guilty of two counts of attempted voluntary manslaughter instead.
Deputy District Attorney John McKinney was adamant that Holder was the rapper’s killer, testifying that Holder shot Hustle at least ten times and kicked him in the head before fleeing.
The sentencing has been rescheduled to November 3.
