Rapper Lil Nas x revealed that he was releasing Satan Shoes, featuring one drop of human blood. Since then, the tweet has gone viral and received mixed reception. He has taken to YouTube to apologise for his controversial collaboration.

21-year-old Lil Nas X has had a wild weekend ever since he dropped his music video for MONTERO (Call Me By Your Name).

The Biblical-inspired video has been criticised for its glorification of Satan, thus being harmful to children.

Two days later, it was revealed that the rapper would be releasing unofficial Nike ‘Satan Shoes’. The tweet states that the sneakers would feature one drop of human blood.

Obviously, the internet went even wilder, forcing Lil Nas X to apologise for the collaboration.

The MSCF x Lil Nas X sneakers are Nike Air Max 97’s, with one drop of human blood mixed with 60cc red ink. All at the hefty price of $1,018.

They should have priced it at $666 to match with the theme.

Obviously, there have been some lovers and haters. Many are shutting down the claims that it is Lil Nas X’s responsibility to be a good role model for children.
