The Nope actress, 29, flashed a cheerful smile as she cradled her bump in one snap, and expressed in the caption to her fans that ‘baby moon was in full affect.’

The talented star and singer confirmed she was expecting her first child with boyfriend, Darius Jackson, while hosting Saturday Night Live last month in December. 

The first snap that Keke shared was a photo of herself happily cradling her baby bump while posing near various lush, green plants. The star donned a tiger-print, one-piece swimsuit and effortlessly tossed her hair up into a stylish bun as she explored the tropical paradise.

The Akeelah And The Bee actress penned a lengthy caption along with the post, but firstly wished her 11.7 millions a ‘happy new year,’ and added, ‘baby moon was in full affect.’

The soon-to-be mother of one explained to her fans that she was ‘really proud’ of herself for, ‘resting this trip. I am antsy by nature. i love having a schedule, even on vacation.’

The actress further added, ‘I learned to at least schedule things leisurely so i have something to complete that’s on brand with the theme of the season. which is, rest.’

She then explained that her ‘theme’ or New Year’s resolution for the season was rest ‘because, i can.’ Keke humorously added, ‘I will refrain from saying “soft girl life” or whatever new label the folks are using.’

‘I have spent many seasons sacrificing and I am quite fine with that, I learned that from my father. From both my parents, but my dad takes the cake. I want to be just like him. His life is full and he has given so much.’

The Light-year star penned that, ‘every season we are meant to embrace something new,’ and expressed, ‘I don’t think giving or sacrificing are bad things, it’s who I am and that will never change.’

While revealing her new goal, the beauty additionally uploaded a clip that showed herself resting at an outdoor restaurant table that was bordered with a pond filled with fish that she was able to feed.
