ForeMedia Group, an Afrocentric, international company specializing in entertainment and new media, has been Awarded Best Afrocentric Entertainment & New Media Services Company 2021 for the 2021 UK Enterprise Awards proudly hosted by SME-News.

The SME Awards associated with SME News celebrate the success stories of one of the most important sectors in the UK economy. 

At the start of 2017 small businesses alone accounted for 99.3% of all private sector businesses, making the sector the beating heart of the UK economy.

The content and entertainment provider, operating in Nigeria and the United Kingdom, has also concluded plans to build the first digital ecosystem platform for creatives in sub-Saharan Africa.

According to the Team Lead, the company will introduce to participants elements that include new media, marketplace services and products, content production, distribution and marketing, video streaming and advertising that would enhance their works.

She noted that due to the lack of platforms around the world to cater for the African audiences, there is an urgent need for a dynamic, high capacity omni-media platform, which ForeMedia Group is out to fill.

ForeTVHub, one of the company’s platforms, is dedicated to distributing the most engaging and original content that covers media and entertainment from both ForeMedia creators and notable third-party partners.

“The platform will continue to delight both the creators and users in new ways. And with innovative cutting-edge sports and entertainment videos, TV shows, top-rated documentaries, music, books, and podcasts, as well as so much breaking content from across the globe. Many people and their families visit the site multiple times a day,” she said.

This Award makes it the second Award in a week as ForeMedia Group was earlier Awarded Best Afrocentric Media Content Development Ecosystem 2021. 

The announcement was made ahead of the fourth annual African Excellence Awards hosted by the Middle East and Africa, MEA Markets.

ForeMedia Group has also been invited to take part in the 2021 UK Enterprise Awards announcement magazine which will be published and held LIVE on the SME-News website for a minimum of 12- months and distributed to their readership of 78,000+ across the United Kingdom.
