Fetty Wap was reportedly released from custody on a $500,000 bond after he was arrested on federal drug charges in New York.

According to NBC New York, the New Jersey rapper was arrested at Citi Field on October 28 after an indictment alleged he was part of a nationwide drug trafficking ring. Prosecutors are describing him as a “kilogram-level redistributor” for a drug ring that moved more than 100 kilos of cocaine, heroin, crack, and fentanyl.

As part of the terms of his release, Fetty, the legal name William Junior Maxwell II, will be subject to GPS monitoring and random drug testing. He’ll also have to give up his passport.

Fetty Wap was one of six who was charged. The other five were separately arrested over the last month and all were ordered to be detained pending trial. All six currently face one count of conspiracy to distribute and possess controlled substances. All defendants, minus Fetty, also face firearm charges, according to NBC New York.

“As alleged, the defendants transported, distributed and sold more than 100 kilograms of deadly and addictive drugs, including heroin and fentanyl, on Long Island, deliberately contributing to the opioid epidemic that has devastated our communities and taken too many lives,” Brooklyn U.S. Attorney Breon Peace said in a statement.
