Wizkid’s latest global hit- ‘Essence’ is now certified Gold in the United State of America.

Big Wiz has scored another big hit on the international market. His song Essence, on which he featured Alte singer, Tems has been certified gold in the US. This gold certification means that the Starboy has sold 500,000+ units of the track, ESSENCE.

This new Gold achievement is Wizkid’s 3rd certification… His 2017 global hit single Come Closer, which features Canadian rapper Drake went Gold in Canada the same year, His joint Starboy record, Soco (feat. Terri, Spotless & Ceeza Milli) went Gold last year 2020, in Canada… But his first US Gold.

Wizkid has now joined Burna Boy, who has one US Gold Certified record for ‘YE’, and Davido, who has 2 US Gold certified records; ‘IF’ & ‘FALL’.
