Evander Holyfield will demand $25million to fight Mike Tyson for the third time
Both men, despite a combined age of 105, insist they will look for the knockout despite the California Athletic Commission insisting that is not within the rules.
After weighing in lighter than he has since his rematch with Holyfield, Tyson said: “I’m pitching punches and anything else is up to Roy.
“If I am running anywhere, I am running right at him.”
However, Holyfield replied “I beat him twice. I felt it was wrong for me to have to ask him to fight me. I don’t know (if he’s scared). I would never ask a person that.
“If they called me to fight in two days, I’d be there to fight in two days.”
Mike Tyson could fight Evander Holyfield for a third time in his next fight after battling to a draw against Roy Jones Jr in his comeback last weekend and after rediscovering his love for the sport, is sure to continue fighting, despite being 54 years old.
