Rapper Kash Doll is making some big claims about her brief career as a professional dancer at strip clubs in her home state of Michigan.

During a recent appearance on the Renaissance Man podcast with host Jalen Rose, Kash revealed she turned to dance during a “down moment” in her life. At the time, the rapper said her car had been stolen, and her home was damaged in a fire, forcing her to move back in with her mother.

After a “nervous” first start, the “Ice Me Out” rapper said she brought home $700 during her first shift, telling host Rose, “I’m like, ‘S**t… This is what I will make in two weeks at Best Buy.”

Kash went on to list several jobs she held before her career as a musical artist, including working for Little Caesars’ pizza restaurant. However, the “For Everybody” emcee said those checks were nothing compared to what she was making working as an exotic dancer–which saw her go from making $500 every two weeks to $700 in a matter of

“I said, ‘Oh, I’m about to stack this money up.’ I made $26,000 in one night,” she claimed. “I just got so popular to the point that I was on flyers every week and I didn’t dance on the floor like the regular dancers… I was like the highest-paid dancer in Michigan. And it’s been that way for a long time and nobody did it again.”

Kash further stated that though she worked in the Detroit strip club for about a year, she made $250,000 and claims, “I never took my bra off.”
